Vintage, 100% hand -picked Merlot then fermented and aged in 25% new French oak. Rich, round and supple with notes of black cherry, cloves, smoke, dark chocolate and leather, full bodied complex with velvety tannins and a long elegant finish.  This wine should be complemented with filet mignon, rich stews, pasta dishes or game.
