Old Barn Merlot 2007

100% hand harvested Merlot, then fermented and aged 14 months in 22% new French Oak. Black cherry, plum, violet and pine tree notes abound with a hint of white pepper on the palate. Medium bodied, this Merlot is soft and smooth with a long and subtle finish. Enjoy with grilled tuna steak, roast lamb or hamburgers.
